With her expertise in a wide range of areas—including, but not limited to, culinary arts, health & wellness, and professional development—positions Chef Glover as a wellspring of information from which any number of careers, businesses, or community growth initiatives can prosper. Her personal background speaks for itself: she is a classically trained chef with a dual degree in Culinary Arts and Baking & Patisserie from the world-renowned Le Cordon Bleu. Additionally, she received the Grand Diplome from France, a high honor, and has obtained and maintained her certification in food safety. Prior to launching her culinary career, Chef Fran also obtained a Bachelor of Science in Child Psychology, which she leveraged into a successful career on Wall Street as a Human Resource Executive. This wide array of experience and expertise has allowed her to provide the perfect advice to further her client’s personal and professional needs.
In the spirit of furthering public education and improving community health outcomes as its own branch of philanthropic good, Chef Glover launched—in 2022—a YouTube channel, Ma Chef’n. This has greatly assisted the viewer with information regarding nutritional content and culinary techniques. These videos are meant to make the preparation of delicious and nutritious foods easily accessible to the general public, as well as inform them about what our bodies need in order to maintain a healthy lifestyle.
